Cesarini Sforza Spumanti was founded in 1974 with the goal of producing high quality Trentino Spumanti.

In only a few years, the company has managed to obtain vineyards in some of the best growing areas of Trentino, many of which concentrate on Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Becoming part of Gruppo La-Vis, with its viticultural and vinicultural expertise, plus the availability of grapes from some of Trentino's best vineyards, the wines of Cesarini have reached excellent quality levels on the Italian wine scene. The potential production of Cesarini is about 2 million bottles of which 55% are made using the Metodo Classico and 45% the Charmant method.
