Brilliant straw-yellow colour, remarkably fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is intense, of fine quality, and marked elegance; the unmistakable varietal notes stand out, like broom flowers, exotic fruit, and fresh citrus; in the background, a distinct fragrance given by ageing on the lees. A tangy, savoury note accompanies the entire sip, enhanced by the gentle prickle of the bubbles and balanced by a caressing softness.
