Anna Campagna is a global commercial leader with a truly international story—born in Tripoli, Libya, to an Italian family at the dawn of a revolution and the year of the first moon landing. A self-described “citizen of the world,” she has lived across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, and explored over 55 countries, shaping a uniquely global perspective on business and people.

With nearly three decades of experience, Anna has built a career at the intersection of sales transformation, omnichannel strategy, and future-ready capabilities. She has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Yves Rocher, Red Bull, and Heineken, where asSenior Global Sales Director she drove large-scale transformation—boosting productivity, accelerating digital sales, and embedding customer-centric ways of working worldwide.

A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Anna has been recognized among the “100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico” and is a frequent keynote speaker on inclusive leadership and dedicates time to mentoring millennials and Gen Z talents, guiding them as they explore their path into the business world, build their voice, and shape a career that aligns with their values and life purpose.

Beyond the boardroom, Anna brings the same curiosity and energy to life: she plays the piano, rides a Triumph motorbike, attends ballet classes, and is currently learning Korean language and history (including being a passionate fan of BTS band). She speaks 5 languages and holds a master degree from prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, with further executive education at INSEAD Singapore and IMD Lausanne.
