Cathy was born in Brussels to a mother from Trentino and a father from Veneto. Just a few months later, she moved with her family to her mother’s hometown, San Michele all’Adige—a place of great significance in the world of viticulture, home to the prestigious Edmund Mach Technical Agricultural Institute. Growing up surrounded by vineyards, she developed a deep passion for wine and viticulture, eventually earning her certification as an AIS Sommelier. She spent many years working in administration and accounting for various companies in the region. A nature enthusiast, she loves living close to the land and enjoys all mountain sports.
