Ragan’s passion for hospitality began at age 16 with her first restaurant job in Escondido, California, sparking a lifelong career dedicated to service and connection through food and wine. Throughout her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, and Las Vegas, she has cultivated extensive experience across nearly every aspect of restaurant operations. Her work behind the bar, as a sommelier, and in restaurant leadership as a General Manager has given her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges, opportunities, and relationships that drive success in the hospitality industry.

In 2022, she transitioned to wine and spirits distribution, bringing a hospitality-first approach to sales and supplier partnerships. Dedicated to her craft, she earned her WSET Level 2 Wine Award with Distinction in 2024 and proudly joined the Ethica Wines team in 2026.

Ragan is especially passionate about the remarkable diversity of Italian wine. She thrives on introducing clients to distinctive producers and indigenous grape varieties, showcasing the rich history and sense of place that make these wines so compelling. Through education and storytelling, she strives to inspire curiosity and create memorable experiences for her partners.
