Trade Marketing Specialist

Originally from Viadana, in the province of Mantova, Eleonora moved to Tokyo in 2013 after graduating from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a degree in Japanese Studies. During her university years, she took part in an exchange programme at Meiji University, which gave her the opportunity to experience life in Japan and eventually make Tokyo her home. A passion for food, wine, events and working with people led her to begin her professional journey with a well-known Italian catering company. She then moved into wine sales at an importer, getting to know Tokyo’s Italian restaurant scene and the Japanese market. At the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, she expanded her network with producers and industry professionals, while planning wine events and promotional activities for various consortia. She later brought this experience into the luxury sector, working in trade marketing and events before joining Ethica Wines in September 2026. Outside work, she enjoys traveling and volunteering, helping to organize events and activities for the Italian community in Japan.
