Sales Area Manager Illinois

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Matt brings more than two decades of sales leadership shaped by authenticity, hard work, and strong customer relationships. He began his career right out of high school working nights in the warehouse at Heritage Wine Cellars while completing his marketing degree at DePaul University, gaining a ground‑up understanding of the wine business. From there, he advanced through operations, marketing, and sales, eventually leading and developing high‑performing teams across both on‑ and off‑premise channels.

Matt’s deep knowledge of the Chicagoland hospitality landscape, paired with his passion for Italian wine and food, makes him a natural fit with the Ethica team. When he’s not working, he’s usually coaching his boys’ sports teams, out on adventures with his wife and two sons, or cheering on Chicago’s pro sports teams.
