The winemaking university in Conegliano Veneto is where Paolo started his path in the wine industry. After working in the cellar for a few harvest seasons in Sicily, California, and Veneto, he decides to move to London and learn how to promote and sell wine. In 2009 Paolo met Francesco (CEO of Ethica Wines) and soon after that, the idea of promoting premium Italian wines in Asia and North America was born.
