Tasting Notes
Rich flavor, A sweet and spicy taste with notes of clove and nutmeg, Black fruit notes like blackberry and red fruits, A classic bittersweet herbal flavor is a key characteristic of Rosso vermouth. Lively acidity and floral aromas contribute to its complexity.
Food Pairing
We suggest to serve it cold with some ice during summer time, as aperitif or after-dinner drink. During winter time you can have it as hot drink (3 teaspoon suggested). It’s naturally refreshing and thirst quenching thanks to its mixology.
