It refreshes our palate pleasantly, leaving a mineral touch, with slight astringency resulting in a slightly spicy finish. With an adolescent spirit that shows its ageing potential. It boasts a long persistency and an intense, harmonious taste with flavours of apple, quince, lemon zest and butteriness in the finish.
